Its robust embedded firmware offers advanced NAND management features including wear leveling function, bad block management garbage collection and health monitoring, bus interface protocol as well as advanced power failure protection scheme to protect the data contents from the occurrence of the system sudden power off failure.
The eMMC5.1 card is fully compliant to the JEDEC standards for eMMC 5.1 protocols. With all these brilliant features, product available in 8Gb – 64GB Full 3D TLC mode density, meet the demanding storage requirement of Embedded IOT devices.
